Bride's Stories Katherine

Katherine's gown was designed to highlight her striking red hair and hourglass figure. We used beautiful French lace, hand-beaded with pearls, to add detail accentuating her waist, and warm tones of red and gold thread to compliment her hair. Many of our gowns are corseted, but I decided to leave Katherine's un-corseted, hugging her curves to maximize her figure.

We usually request up to five fittings for each bride, but as Katherine had to fly in from Christchurch each time we worked to a tighter time frame. But we still had time to craft a gown which suited Katherine perfectly.

After the wedding Katherine kindly sent me a thank you card, in which she wrote "you summed up my personality and personal style from our first meeting,
